Godfather Tour

This is the ideal tour for The Godfather trilogy lovers!

Pick up directly at your place in the morning or in the first part of the afternoon and drive to the villages where F.F. Coppola filmed The Godfather trilogy.

Although the location of the plot for the movies was Corleone, many scenes throughout the epic trilogy were filmed in the Sicilian villages of Savoca and Forzà d’Agrò, both of which you’ll visit.

The most important spot is the little village of Savoca, where with a short walk through the narrow streets you can enjoy looking at the wedding church “Santa Lucia”, where Michael Corleone and Apollonia got married.

Get your picture taken at “Bar Vitelli”, the iconic bar where Michael Corleone asked Apollonia’s father to meet his daughter.

Nothing to do with the films but not less important is the Cappuccini Monastery, which features an impressive collection of same ancient mummified monks.

Make some free time in the village to explore independently or perhaps relax with a coffee before heading to your next stop: Forzà d’Agrò.

Here, visit the church that appears in several scenes in The Godfather and The Godfather: Part II, followed by some free time to explore on your own.

On the way back we will enjoy a stunning view of the Ionian coast of Sicily.
